Russia’s HeadHunter climbs to 3rd rank of most popular job sites

MOSCOW, Aug 28 (PRIME) -- Russian recruiting resource HeadHunter, owned by Internet giant Mail.Ru Group, has become the world’s third most popular job Web site, Mail.Ru Group said Friday in a statement, quoting data of analytical company SimilarWeb.

“Last year we were on the sixth position and now are on the third place, by overtaking big international companies,” HeadHunter’s Managing Director Mikhail Zhukov said.

The hh.ru Web site followed U.S.’s Indeed.com and France’s Pole-Emploi.fr in the jobs and employment category, according to SimilarWeb.

“Thanks to a high quality of the service, HeadHunter keeps its leading positions in the segment. The company has promising positions on the market and an excellent team,” Mail.Ru Group’s founder and General Director Dmitry Grishin said.

At present, HeadHunter hosts more than 17.7 million CVs and 366,000 vacancies. The service’s monthly audience counts 16 million unique users, according to LiveInternet.
